Competitive Development

The Competitive Development Team is designed as a bridge between our Lessons Program and the Orange Team. Divers in this group train more frequently than lessons-only athletes and begin learning the skills, drills, and discipline needed for competitive diving. While they do not yet compete, the program prepares them for future participation on the Orange Team by focusing on stronger fundamentals, body control, and confidence on the boards. This team is perfect for athletes who want more structure and are on the path toward competition.
